Simon has been running the company since 1979. Therefore, has vast experience within the industry extending from New builds to Historic Buildings. He carries out weekly site visits, working closely with Harry & Steve ensuring each project is running smoothly and leads with a hands on approach.

Harry Briddon - Managing Director

Harry has a passion for all construction techniques and particularly Historic Buildings. He enjoys working closely with the Design & Construction Team to ensure the project is finished on Time, On budget and to the highest standard. Harry is involved in the project from the initial pricing stage through to handover.
With a routine site presence and engagement with the project team, developing existing positive relationships with the team. He will lead H.A. B’s position in progress meetings and operate to secure trust and confidence from the client.
He will drive innovation from tender stage through to handover, bringing expertise from recent successful projects. Ensuring best practice in health and safety and supporting high quality project delivery through planned and unplanned audits.

Jenny Briddon - Accounts and Admin

Jenny has been responsible for the accounts department for a number of years and has a proven track record of paying sub-contractors and suppliers on time along with working closely with the client to ensure the Invoicing runs smoothly, when the project is being funded by HLF or other similar funding organisations.

Molly Briddon - Accounts and Admin

Molly has a degree in event management so she is an excellent part of our team working in the background and assisting senior management with the running of the construction events happening out on site. Also helping to keep control of labour costs for each project and assisting with invoicing and office admin.

Steve Winson - Construction Manager

Steve has a good background of the construction and engineering industry. He is in charge of the overall onsite activities leasing with site managers on a day to day basis ensuring procurement of materials are delivered on time to keep projects on programme.

Neil Goodall - Site Manager

Qualifications: City & Guilds (Building) / SMSTS
Our site managers will be the single point of contact on site for the Client. They will lead on all project communications, shaping the published strategy to ensure maximum buy-in from stakeholders. They will be immediately available to the client team, delivering exceptional customer service and a proactive and a collaborative experience. They will deliver a low-impact site operation with a high-impact end product.
With full autonomy and responsibility for day-to-day management of the works, the site managers will deliver a clean, tidy, safe and well-secured site whilst facilitating continued access around the site for visitors. They will ensure compliance with the CDM 2015 regulations and implement all H.A.B policies on the project.
Site mangers will ensure the project meets all time, cost and quality aspirations and work closely with the Contracts Manager to ensure project success.
They will liaise on site with the design team from preconstruction to handover, ensuring all milestones are met to enable timely procurement and installation. Site managers are responsible for quality control, safety and general moral on site, ensuring high-performance, specification compliance and good progress throughout the duration of the build.
